Owner thought of everything!!
Something for everyone! Ride a bike, have a paddle on the river, jump on the trampoline. Big back yard for kids, dogs and a boat. Great local takeaway. Unfortunately not Chinese at Bowling Club. Great quite spot. Bedding lovely and clean and very comfortable. Hopefully will make it a meeting spot with family from Gold Coast.

We loved staying here as a quick little getaway. The property was like walking into your our own private bird sanctuary. Our pets also loved it. The house was very well equipped and clean and Belinda was a great host.

An idyllic piece of paradise nestled not too far from everything with so much to do and explore we only wish we had more time! : ( Belinda’s home offered it all! Ample space and bedding for a large family (& the fur baby), nearby access to gorgeous beaches & all of the things you could possibly need to relax & enjoy this wonderful part of the world. The ‘EXTRA’ that our thoughtful host Belinda provided (the things you tend to forget in the rush to get there sometimes…sunscreen, wash powder, mozzie repellent) and her detailed directions to navigate our surrounds made our stay incredibly effortless and an absolute delight. Next time we won’t be suffering the distraction of kids sporting commitments, we’ll be taking our time to absorb everything this wonderful stay had to offer.

We had an great week! The house is a perfect beach style home with enough room for our family of 5. Its great not having to pack linen, bikes and kayaks. All this was supplied by the host. Belinda was a great host and answered my emails quickly.its only a 2 minute bike ride to boat ramp if that. We would definitely return. Thanks Belinda

An awesome little slice of peace and tranquillity. The surrounding scenery is amazing with big (Hidden by Airbnb) s and birds which you get to experience from a large enclosed deck that is free from mosquitoes and bugs.
The free use of the canoe and kayak is very generous and it’s only a quick 5 minute walk to the river which has incredible views.
The beds were comfortable and the place has books and movies galore.

Well equipped house for the family holiday or just a couple of nights. Beds are very comfortable with a great under cover BBQ area and a short walk river and a little longer to the beach. Only issue was inadequate seating arrangement in the lounge room especially if you have 7 in the family and in the winter.

We travelled with nearly half a dozen young teenagers for a sporting carnival over 3 days. The kids were accomdated for with so much to do, from board games, to kyaks and bikes to venture around the town in. For such competitive kids, all they wanted to do was head back to the property and explore on the bikes that were provided. Our evenings were spent rummaging through the copious amounts of board games, with more then enough room to accommodate us all comfortably.. Evening meals were enjoyed on the spacious deck and we never felt cramped! Did I mention we spent 3 nights, and from the moment we arrived it was rain, rain and more rain! But we all wanted to stay a few more days just to be able to enjoy the home and many activities it had to offer

Brilliant place to stay in Red Rock. The house has games, movies, kayaks, buckets and spades for little ones, a library for any age reader, and great spaces for the family to relax. Having air con was a luxury for the very hot afternoons but the ceiling fans did a great job.
We loved Red Rock itself. The whole place has the feeling of having been stuck in a time warp. Lovely and relaxed. Great beaches and a real family feel.

Great vacation with our fur babies! Location is great being only a short stroll to beaches etc. Screened outdoor area was excellent with afternoon sea breezes. Air con cooled the whole house. So great to find a property that allows dogs without silly restrictions and rules. We will be back!

We had the greatest wedding anniversary week at Belinda’s place at Red Rock! Such a bonus that we were able to enjoy the house with our two little fur babies.
It was a cute, clean and very homey house that literally had EVERYTHING you needed- we didn’t have to think of buying anything except our food haha!
Our favourite parts were that the house was less than a 10 minute walk to the beach and we LOVED the outside lounged porch were we sat back with drinks and were able to hear the ocean and just relax 🙂

Easter holiday.

Fantastic stay at Sans Souci- the accommodation was great very comfortable. The house was very welcoming. Outdoor areas was well used and our dog Sam loved coming on holidays with us.

Sans Souci is a lovely little beach house ideal for families and groups. The outdoor area is great for hanging out and also private. Belinda is a great host, fast to respond to queries and offers lots of suggestions for ways to spend time in the area. A huge amount of games and books are available, toys for children and bunk beds. We enjoyed our time there and recommend to those looking to access Coffs Harbour and surrounds but to be located in a serene environment away from traffic-only half an hour to Coffs.
